All of our Gels & Syringe Refills are FDA registered & manufactured in NSF ISO Certified facilities. They only contain ingredients that are proven safe for your enamel. We do not use any harsh abrasive ingredients in our Gels & Refills.

We recommend purchasing syringe refills for your Luelli Whitening Systems every 2-5 months depending on your lifestyle. Soda, coffee, tea, wine & smoking cigarettes can cause your teeth to stain more quickly. By using your Whitening System regularly, you can maintain your smile while preventing future stains from occurring.

All Luelli Syringe Refills come with 3 x 3mL Whitening Gel Syringes and 1x 3mL Desensitizing Gel Syringe. One refill pack contains around 9 treatments when used as directed.

Our Peroxide Gels & Syringe Refills, when used as instructed, should not cause any issues with sensitivity. If you do experience some sensitivity, use the Desensitizing Gel as directed. You can skip your next application to let the sensitivity subside, and try using less gel to your mouth tray when using your Whitening System.

We DO NOT recommend our teeth whitening system for pregnant or breastfeeding women as they contain peroxides.

We DO NOT recommend our Peroxide Gel & Syringe Refills for anyone under the age of 16.

Our Gel & Syringe Refills will only whiten real, natural teeth. They have not been formulated to whiten dental work. Although our Gel & Syringe Refills are completely safe and will not damage your dental work, they may cause uneven whitening if you do choose to use them.

Some customers think that the teeth cleaner is broken because when they turn it on, they don't feel any vibration or hear the sound of the machine running. Please know that the teeth cleaner adopts real sonic technology, so its handle will not vibrate and also without working sound, please don't think it is defective, just try it on your teeth or other hard objects.

This electric dental calculus remover only produces vibration on hard things, it can remove the hard tartar, and teeth stains quickly and efficiently without pain. It will not work on soft skin. It’s definitely safe for your gum and teeth. But please do not touch the gums for a prolonged period of time as burning gums can result from prolonged contact. Minor bleeding may occur around gums while cleaning and do not worry, it’s normal. 

Hematological patients such as hemophilia are banned from using this device.

Patients with cardiac pacemakers are banned from using this device.

Heart disease patients, pregnant women, and children can only use it with extreme caution after talking to a medical professional.

It works without water but rinsing your mouth every couple of moments or so of use is recommended.

It’s IPX7 waterproof, you can use it during the shower. 

It may take around 5 hours to fully charge the device. Please turn off the divide while charging.
