5 Foods That You Should Eat for Healthier Teeth

Having healthier teeth is essential to having whiter teeth. You are probably aware that having a good diet is essential in achieving optimum dental health. Brushing, using mouthwash, and flossing isn’t going to be cut if they aren’t healthy from the roots.

Bear in mind that your saliva is your first line of defense against bacteria that causes tooth decay. As our body is composed mostly of water, keeping hydrated keeps our system distribute nutrients all over our body.
